Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the hotel group and for protecting continuity throughout the governance transition.
Governance and continuity
Overall day-to-day responsibility for six hotels and approximately 450 FTE
Strengthening management rhythm, decision-making and operational priorities
Connecting the executive team, General Managers and support functions
Maintaining continuity, momentum and stability throughout the transition
Direction and positioning
Clarifying the group’s shared direction and strategic priorities
Initiating an identity programme with brand strategist Karin Brand
Reconnecting identity, positioning and day-to-day execution

Safeguarded governance continuity and operational stability
