RESET Scan™ is a defined diagnostic assignment. You receive a factual assessment of issues and risks, up to five priorities, direction for the next 90 days and recommendations for appropriate follow-up. Implementation is outside the standard Scan.

RESET Sprint™ addresses one defined operational challenge, with up to three priorities. It combines analysis, decision-making and implementation within a maximum of six intervention days, spread over no more than four weeks.

Executive RESET™ addresses broader recovery where several departments, decision-making and performance need attention together. It combines senior leadership, implementation and handover within agreed responsibilities.

No. If the challenge and required support are sufficiently clear, an implementation or leadership assignment may be appropriate from the outset. A sound factual assessment remains essential; a separate Scan is not always required.

The following published rates apply to our standard products:

• Remote RESET Scan™: €1,500 excluding VAT.

• On-site RESET Scan™: €2,750 excluding VAT.

• RESET Sprint™: €8,500 excluding VAT.

• Executive RESET™: from €1,450 per day excluding VAT, with a minimum commitment of 24 days over at least twelve weeks. The indicative minimum investment is €34,800 excluding VAT.

All quoted rates exclude VAT, travel and accommodation expenses. Any travel and accommodation expenses are agreed in advance and charged separately.

Fees for Interim Leadership and openings or transitions are tailored to the assignment. Final scope, commitment and terms are confirmed in advance.

This depends on availability, location, urgency and the required commitment. We first discuss the challenge and mandate. A start date is confirmed once the assignment and availability have been agreed.

Both arrangements are possible. RESET Scan™ offers remote and on-site options. For other assignments, we agree the presence required to fulfil the responsibilities and deliver the work.

Depending on the assignment, deliverables may include a priorities plan, clear responsibilities, management scorecards and a handover plan. Implementation assignments also include support in applying changes to daily operations.

For each priority, we establish a baseline, target, owner and review point. Relevant measures may include guest feedback, workload, productivity, costs and operating results. Outcomes are assessed in context, including occupancy and seasonality.

A sponsor with decision-making authority, reliable information, available management capacity and clear responsibilities. We agree who decides, who implements and how progress will be reviewed before starting.

Yes. We support the preparation and operational execution of openings and transitions. The assignment reflects the project stage, risks and available capacity, with attention to teams and operational readiness.
