Assignment & responsibilities

Responsible for the entire hospitality and events organization (±100 FTE). The assignment involved professionalizing commercial structures, strengthening leadership connecting culture, operations profitability.

Impact & results

Clear desicion-making, improved collaboration departments, and stable daily operations. Commercial performance was improved without compromising the museum's cultural identity.
