Are you a consultant or an interim partner?
I don't work as a traditional remote consultant, but as an interim and strategic partner within the organisation. Instead of writing reports from the outside, I work with teams on the floor, in MTs, and with owners to restore direction, structure, and rhythm.
How are fees and duration determined?
Fees and duration depend on the nature of the assignment, the number of days per week and the length of engagement. In practice, work is often based on a fixed day rate and a clear minimum duration to ensure meaningful progress and stability.
What type of hotels do you work with?
Hotel groups, individual hotels, investors and owners. Often organisations preparing for growth, repositioning, an opening, or seeking stability after an intensive period.
When is interim leadership appropriate?
Interim leadership is useful in transitional situations: departure or absence of a manager, restructuring, pre-opening, rapid growth, or when the organisation needs extra seniority to get through a complex phase without operations day-to-day operations .
How does a collaboration work?
We start with a brief introduction and a clear analysis of the situation. Then we determine the assignment together: goals, scope, duration, and desired results. Next, I work as part of the team—visible in the organisation, with clear agreements about progress, decisions, and transfer to permanent management.
